MobiFrame SAF42/43 seat beds are versatile, comfortable, easy to use, and most importantly, they are safe and fully NHTSA-certified. Subjected to intensive testing, these seat beds meet all safety certifications in North America including the stringent FMVSS/CMVSS 207/210 regulations, while providing a comfortable seat for traveling and upon arrival, an equally comfortable bed. These seats are available in three seat widths, but all are the same length, giving you a comfortable 6' 3" bed length when fully deployed.

These seat beds can be mounted in either of two ways:

• SafeTrack Seatbed Bracket - This bracket (sold separately) can allow for mounting of a these camper van bench seat/beds into any vehicle with the vertical clearance and enough surface area - make sure you add the Install Plate option if you are using this install method.
• SafeTrack Flooring System - When these MobiFrame bench seat/beds are paired with SafeTrack Flooring Systems (sold separately) for vans, these Seatbeds become even more versatile and can glide from one end of the van to the other with ease.

The Install Plate option includes adhesive, primer, and mounting hardware that is required for proper installation. If you do not have a MobiFrame 2007+ Mercedes Sprinter Floor System, this mounting plate is required.

"For the SAF42 or SAF43 seat beds: The mounting plate incorporates 48" of rail that mates with the 33.5" base of our Bench/Beds(SAF42/43). The install plate is required if the user does not have a full floor with L-Track integrated within it. There is not much room to slide the bench seat on the install plate, it's designed to create a safe connection with the floor of the van and for convenient seat removal and reinstallation. The bench seats are very heavy and should be removed and reinstalled by a professional upfitter. If the user is looking to slide the MobiFrame SAF42/43 Seat Bed from the front of the van to the back of the van, one of the full floors will always be the best option."
