SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Please read these SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions carefully. By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to receive both informational and promotional text messages from Outpost Vans LLC (“Outpost Vans”) at the mobile phone number(s) you provide. Messages may be sent manually or using automated technology.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and standard message and data rates may apply. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any other agreements that apply to your use of Outpost Vans services.


Eligibility & Age Restriction

By enrolling in the Outpost Vans SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or that you have parental/guardian consent to participate.


Program Overview

Outpost Vans may use SMS messaging to provide:

  • Account activity and order updates,

  • Shipping and appointment reminders, and

  • Promotional offers, product announcements, and special events.

Transactional messages (such as order confirmations or delivery notifications) may be sent regardless of marketing preferences. Promotional or marketing messages require your express consent.

Text messages may be sent manually or via an automatic telephone dialing system. You agree not to use the program for unlawful purposes.


Message Frequency

The number of messages you receive will vary based on your account activity and your interaction with Outpost Vans. Standard message and data rates may apply.


Cost

Outpost Vans does not charge separate fees for SMS participation. However, your carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply to each text sent or received. Please check your wireless plan for details.


Supported Carriers & Availability

Our SMS program may not be available on all mobile devices or through all carriers. Service may be disrupted by circumstances outside of Outpost Vans’ control. Outpost Vans is not responsible for delays, failed transmissions, or undelivered messages.


How to Opt-In

You may opt in by:

  • Checking the SMS consent box at checkout,

  • Completing an online opt-in form, or

  • Sending us a text message requesting enrollment.

A confirmation text will be sent once your enrollment is successful.


How to Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Outpost Vans message. You will receive a confirmation that you have unsubscribed.

Your Mobile Number

Privacy & California Consumer Rights

Your participation is subject to the Outpost Vans Privacy Policy, available at www.outpostvans.com.

Program Changes & Termination

Outpost Vans may suspend, modify, or terminate its SMS program at any time, with or without notice. Changes will be effective immediately when posted on our website.


Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Outpost Vans makes no warranty regarding the availability, timeliness, or performance of the SMS program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outpost Vans disclaims liability for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in the SMS program or reliance on the content of messages.

If the program is unavailable in your area or disrupted by carrier issues, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the SMS program.
